Returns & Exchanges

At Mott & Bow, we want you to find your perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for you to print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
